Hook Tape

Key Benefits:

• Flexible and reusable fixing method for temporary protective sheeting to suit certain carpet/carpet tiles
• Loop tape option also available
• Peel off adhesive backing that can easily adhere to the temporary protection roll/sheeting

Main Uses & Applications:

• A means of securing most types of floor protection including Protecta Weave, plastic sheeting, Protecta Flute, matting, boards, etc. to carpeted floor/stairs
• Hook Tape is generally only used to hold sheeting adjacent to the perimeter of walls/skirtings
• It is generally applied in 200mm long pieces at approximately 2m apart
• In areas of heavy work and equipment activity, additional strips of Hook Tape can be used under intermediate joins to help prevent movement of protective sheeting
• Also used for holding base of ZipWall sheeting to suitable carpets/carpet tiles for an extra seal
• Use for holding down hoarding bottom tracks to carpet tiles for an extra seal

• It is the responsibility of the purchaser/installer of the Hook Tape to test suitability in a small inconspicuous edge of the carpet prior to use
• Generally it is only suitable for use on nylon/synthetic/acrylic commercial carpets that have a low loop pile
• It should not be used on any other carpets or surfaces
